Fair Use & Terms
Branches. All plans include 1 location. Need multiple branches? Contact us for a custom multi-branch quote. Infrastructure is hosted and managed by AcquireSpot on all tiers, including Speed to Lead.
Google Ads. Included management on Speed to Lead covers setup and ongoing optimization for one active campaign; running multiple campaigns or a significant rebuild may be quoted as an additional cost. Ad spend is billed directly by Google, separate from our fee.
Chat. Included conversation volume covers normal business use. High traffic beyond the included amount may be quoted as an additional cost, reflecting increased model and API usage.
Minutes. Included minutes reset monthly and do not carry over.
Service availability. This system depends on third-party voice, telephony, and hosting providers outside our direct control. We build in automatic call forwarding to your on-call number if the AI system is unreachable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Your data. Call logs, transcripts, and CRM data are yours. On cancellation, we provide a full export and delete your data from our systems within 30 days.
Pricing changes. All pricing — including tier rates and per-minute overage — reflects current costs from our voice, AI, and telephony providers. Any adjustment, whether at renewal or due to a material cost change from these providers, will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance.
